Patrick Tolani

Dr. Patrick Olayinka Tolani: CEO, Community Energy Social Enterprise Ltd (CESEL). Patrick has worked in the international development arena for close to three decades across Africa, Europe and Asia. He holds a degree in Law and a Master of Laws Degree from Obafemi Awolowo University,Ile-Ife. Called to the Nigerian Bar 1991, Patrick also has two master degrees, Master in Industrial and Labour Relations and Master in Public Administration from the University of Lagos. Postgraduate Studies in Cross-Sector Partnerships from Cambridge University and a PhD in Public Management.
