On Friday, May 19th, 2023, Huawei Digital Power partnered with the Renewable Energy Association of Nigeria (REAN) to complete the launch of its range of residential solutions in Nigeria, presenting new Commercial & Industrial products that will help many small businesses across Africa with ongoing power outages. Huawei Power-S is a seamless solar hybrid power & backup solution suitable for commercial and industrial scenarios providing a high-quality hybrid power supply. It can be used for a farm, mall, hotel, restaurant, bank, office, campus, or factory in 30-100KW.
With different power consumption scenarios, Power-S can support multiple energy sources from PV, DG, Grid, etc. Based on this function, Power-S is a product that promotes seamless power switchover within 10 ms for critical loads, such as lighting, televisions, and networks that can be genuinely provided with an uninterrupted experience.
By all-in-one design, Power-S integrates all the components in one cabinet, solving the problems of large footprint, difficult installation, multi-vendor management of traditional solutions, etc. With easy and quick installation in 1 day, power-s could help customers reduce 80% installation time, cabling time, and commission time.

During the launch event, Huawei also showed the residential solution power-M how to remotely monitor the equipment through the management system and reduce the O&M. This solution has helped tens of thousands of African end users ensure stable power and less diesel cost.
