REAN and All On Sign an MOU to Provide Investment Readiness Support to Nigerian Renewable Energy Companies
The Renewable Energy Association of Nigeria (REAN) and All On have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to provide investment readiness support to selected companies or operators in the Nigerian renewable energy industry. The signing of the MOU took place at the just-concluded Renewable Energy Investment Matchmaking Event held on the 17th of October in Lagos.
Through its incubation hub, All On Hub, All On will collaborate with REAN to provide investment readiness support in the form of conditions precedent advisory to selected companies or operators who are members of REAN.
All On Partnerships for Energy Access is an independent impact investing company seeded with funding from Shell and works with partners to increase access to commercial energy products and services for underserved and unserved off-grid energy markets in Nigeria, with a particular focus on the Niger Delta.
REAN President Ayo Ademilua (MBA) and the All On CEO, Caroline Eboumbou, expressed great excitement for this partnership, considering its significance in preparing renewable energy businesses for accessing investments.
